For you to shine in this position, you have a customer service mindset combined with outstanding communication skills.

Usage of different IT tools and systems is a piece of cake for you.

You are proficient in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

You are an excellent team player willing to contribute to achieve team targets and you believe that pulling in the same direction is of benefit for the entire organization.

You can work well under pressure and with deadlines.

You seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste in our processes.

You have a sense of urgency, while you understand the value of deliver excellence in the details. Previous experience of working in Customer Service environment or with similar tasks in sales and

distribution or logistic context will help you get started.

It’s also beneficial if you have SAP and SalesForce experience.

On a more personal note, you have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You genuinely appreciate the interaction with other people. You are open for development and improvements to ensure best in class performance.

Salary

2000-2200 €/mon. (gross salary).
