I am a mechanical engineer with over 20 years’ experience, including working for Boeing Commercial Airplanes on the 787 program, Aker Solutions subsea, and operating my own consulting company. I have a bachelor's degree in physics, a masters degree in mechanical engineering, and hands-on expertise from my prototyping machine shop. In short, I am a theoretically grounded, technically skilled, and practically capable engineer with broad experience.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Roest Coffee Senior Mechanical Engineer
November 2021 – current Oslo, Norway
- Designing, building, and testing advanced coffee roasting machines.
- Running airflow, thermal, stress and other calculations, making measurements and optimizing designs.
- Working with people in all areas of the production and developed process, software, hardware, assembly, marketing and sales.
- Selecting and coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers of sheet metal and machined parts, electronics hardware, sensors, motion control components.
Elisenberg Engineering Consulting Engineer

- Founded and operated a consulting and specialized tool company with clients and customers in 10 countries.
- Designed and built successful 3D printer prototypes constrained by schedule, budget, and initial architecture.
- Developed and constructed a novel servo motor dynamometer testbed, leading to valuable insights into servo motor electromechanics and control systems.
