How to Display a Device in a Boardroom(s) through the wall plate

Step 1 - Locate the flex panel on the wall and tap the screen to open the first menu

Step 2 - In this menu you will decide which boardroom(s) you will display in

If you want to display in just ONE boardroom you will want the buttons on either side of your boardroom to say “open wall”

If you are displaying in MULTIPLE boardrooms you will want the button to say “close wall”

Then press “OK”

Step 3 - Press the “System On” button located on the left side of the screen

Step 4 - Choose “Wall plate” as your source

Step 5 - Plug the provided HDMI cable into the wall plate located just below the flex panel

Step 6 - Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into your computer (or dongle then computer) and your screen should appear on the board

Step 7 - When you are finished, wrap the cable back up and return it to where you found it, and then press the “system off” button located on the left side of the screen

How to Display a Device in a Boardroom(s) using the Solstice Pod

Step 1 - Locate the flex panel on the wall and tap the screen to open the first menu

Step 2 - In this menu you will decide which boardroom(s) you will display in

If you want to display in just ONE boardroom you will want the buttons on either side of your boardroom to say “open wall”

If you are displaying in MULTIPLE boardrooms you will want the button to say “close wall”

Then press “OK

Step 3 - Press the “System On” button located on the left side of the screen

Step 4 - Choose “Wireless” as your source

The screen should then look like this:

Step 5 - If you do not have the solstice app: open a web browser and type in the IP address listed under “web” and download the app

• If you do have the app locate and launch the app (All Noblesville Schools come equipped with the Solstice app)

Step 6 - There are two looks for solstice, once you have the app downloaded you will in the IP address in the “quick connect” in the green or in the blue you will select “enter display URL” and then type in the IP address there.

When prompted you will input the 4-digit key projected on the screen. Then you will choose what you want to share on the screen

Step 7 - When you are finished, disconnect from the Solstice pod, and then press the “system off” button located on the left side of the screen
