THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the Body Language Dance Series?

Our Body Language Dance Series offers an up-close view of world-class dance like you’ve never seen before. Expect to lounge in gorgeous lighting in our posh-yet-comfy atmosphere!

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place in the heart of Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood at the historic Chopin Theatre. 1543 West Division Chicago, IL 60642.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an INDOOR venue.

How long does the experience last?

The experience will last around 60 to 70 minutes.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience will adhere to the latest local and state requirements regarding masks and Covid protocols.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes!

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

The event will not include an ASL translator, but we welcome anyone who wants to watch the dance.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

We do not recommend our dance series for the visually impaired.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

A variety of snacks, beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are available for separate purchase onsite at Chopin Theatre’s iconic antique lounge! Feel free to bring your drinks into the theater to enjoy while you watch the show!

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and selfies (NO FLASH!) and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Every ticketholder will be seated for the entire show. Standing ovations are welcome at the end! The Body Language dance experience offers a variety of seating types in a range of prices.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Absolutely!

ACCESS

Do I need to wear a mask?

For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience for everyone.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Doors will open at least 45 minutes before the show time stated on your ticket. We strongly suggest arriving at least 30 minutes ahead of time.

What happens if I arrive late?

Late seating cannot be permitted for this experience.

Can I bring animals?

While we love animals, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. See below, regarding service animals.

Are service dogs allowed?

Please contact us ahead of time at hello@feverup.com if you need to bring a service animal.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 10 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

While the Chopin Theatre is not fully ADA compliant, the space does offer wheelchair access to the event.

Is there parking available?

Unmetered street parking - between Noble & Bosworth on Division Street and on Haddon Street, one block south of Chopin Theatre.  Metered, public street parking is available in the immediate vicinity, as well. Come early to get a spot.

The Chopin Theatre is easily accessible via public transportation:

What if the weather is bad?

The show will go on, with all the comfort of the great indoors.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, outside food or drink, and anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

The event is wheelchair accessible, however, we do not offer wheelchairs to rent. Please contact us in advance at hello@feverup.com if you need special assistance.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

No.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time, or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for the Body Language Dance Series can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
