Library Report

Preston Hot Springs Town-County Library

1. Services to the Public: Knit Wit meets Friday afternoons at 1pm.  Paper crafts start at 1pm on Saturdays. Materials are provided. Rube Wrightsman will be doing a writers workshop March 21, 2025, 1pm at the library. The book discussion group will discuss The Long Call by Anne Cleeves March 6, 2025 at the library 3pm. The book discussion group will discuss This Is Wildfire by Nick Mott March 27, 2025.

2. Collections: Dvd project is finished. We have created some space and added several dvd’s to the sale rack.

3.  Technology: Nothing new to report.

4. General Administrative Business: We have posted for a library trustee opening. Prospective trustees need to live within city limits and fill out a form of interest, available at the library. Posting closes May 20, 2025.

The library board will meet at the library March 19, 2025 at 5pm for their monthly meeting.
