Regarding the experience

What can I expect from the ABBA Boat Party?

You will receive a spectacular 4-hour cruise down the River Thames and a FREE after-party with your ticket

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Blackfriars Pier (1 Minute Walk From Blackfriars Train Station)

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held at an outdoor boat party venue.

How long does the experience last?

The boat party cruise will take around 4 hours.

Is there air conditioning?

There is air conditioning and heating to keep customers warm & dry.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

None.

Will there be strobe lights?

There will be various lighting including strobe lights

Will food and beverages be available on-site for purchase?

We do not serve food on our vessels but drinks will be available for purchase onboard.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos/videos and share them, all we ask is that you tag us @londonboatparties. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional recording equipment must be confirmed via the event organisers at info@boatpartylondon.com.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

There is seating on board all our vessels and we also reserve seating for a fee.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes

Regarding access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

All guests are required to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled event time.

What happens if I arrive late?

Late customers will miss the event as there are strict rules regarding the use of TFL piers on the River Thames (Make sure you arrive 30 mins before the event)

Can I bring animals?

No.

Are service dogs allowed?

No.

Is there an age requirement?

18+

Is the venue ADA compliant?

No.

Is there parking available?

A search in the local area should provide you with more details however we highly recommend using the train as the Blackfriars Pier is a 1-minute walk from Blackfriars Station.

What if the weather is bad?

Our vessels are prepared for all weather conditions ensuring that you will stay warm and dry.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

No food or drink will be allowed to be brought on board.

Regarding the tickets

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

We recommend all tickets be purchased online via Fever.

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

No.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets forthe ABBA Boat Party can only be purchased on Fever.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
