Fourth graders spark innovation by spending the year looking at NASA’s X-Planes and how changing one variable can allow us to experiment and advance technology. As Innovation Experts they do not just look at the ‘how’ of something but the ‘why’ it was invented or modified. In the Spring of each year grade four students work on their Innovation Fair. The Innovation Fair learning project allows students to create a Then, Now, WOW presentation looking at how they would innovate a currently used invention.
