Clever

Clever is a secure portal and  ‘data pipeline’ between PowerSchool and many of the learning applications that you, your teachers, and your students use.  Clever is integrated with district security, allowing students and staff to log into applications with the same login/password used for all other systems.

Please note that students in Transitional Kindergarten through Grade 2 have the ability to login to the Clever portal using a digital badge.  Please refer to the instructions for generating badges used with the Clever portal.

How does a school site get a purchased student application into the Clever Portal?

  1. Before purchasing an application, check to see if it is ‘Clever Enabled’ by checking their ‘App Gallery’ https://clever.com/schools/partners
  2. If not in the gallery, check with the application vendor to see if they have plans to become a Clever partner (IT is NOT able to add apps that are not Clever enabled)
  3. Once you have decided on a Clever Enabled application, contact Graham Hellewell (ghellewell@sandi.net) or Toren Allen (tallen@sandi.net) to enable the application for your school site.
