Seattle Pride in the Park 2025 Vendor Booth Information

Seattle Pride in the Park, produced by Seattle Pride®, kicks off Seattle’s 51st annual Pride Month celebration! This family-friendly LGBTQIA+ celebration includes an exciting lineup of LGBTQIA+ performances, a dance-focused stage with an adjacent alcohol garden (21+), food trucks, nonprofit booths, queer vendors, and more.

📌 Important Dates & Checklist

• Step 1: Apply on EventHub
  📅 Applications open January 6, 2025 and close May 11, 2025.
• Step 2: Wait for Acceptance Notification
  📅 Notifications sent after March 4, 2025. Booth space is not guaranteed until acceptance is confirmed. After March 4, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as space allows.
• Step 3: If Accepted, Complete the Following by May 11, 2025
  ✅ Pay your booth fee (via credit card, check, or ACH).
  ✅ Submit required documents:

• Read and e-sign the Booth Guide.
• Read and sign the Hold Harmless Agreement.

• Step 4: Booth Assignments Finalized
  📅 Booth assignments emailed on June 1, 2025.
• Step 5: Attend Seattle Pride in the Park

📝 Vendor Booth Details

• Standard Booth Space: 7’ frontage by 6’ depth under a shared 20’x20’ tent. Includes a 6’ table and two (2) fold-out chairs.
• Seattle Pride Partner Booth: 10’x10’ space with no tent, table, or chairs provided.

Prices are based on operating revenue or gross revenue. Sliding scale options are available for eligible vendors.

Pricing based on operating revenue

• Under $100,000: $260 (sliding scale available)
• $100k - $1M: $365
• $1M - $5M: $520
• $5M - $10M: $830
• $10M+: $2,600

Small Business
Pricing based on gross revenue

• Under $75,000: $260  (sliding scale available)
• $75k - $150k: $365
• $150k - $250k: $520
• $250k+: $780

Large Business or Corporation
Pricing based on gross revenue

• Under $150,000: $310
• $150k - $500k: $780
• $500k - $1M: $935
• $1M - $5M: $1,560
• $5M - $10M: $2,600
• $10M+: $3,640

🎟 Sliding Scale Discount Codes

To ensure accessibility, Non-Profit & Government Agencies with operating revenue under $100,000 per year or Small Businesses with gross revenue under $75,000 per year are eligible to utilize the following discount codes:

• 50% Off: 50SLIDING
• 75% Off: 75SLIDING
• 100% Off: 100SLIDING

📢 Additional Policies & Terms

• No Payment Until Acceptance: Booth assignment is confirmed only after payment is processed.
• 10% Sales Fee: Vendors must remit 10% of their self-reported sales totals to the City of Seattle. Payment is collected on event day by Seattle Pride.
• Refund Policy: 75% refund available within 30 days of registration; no refunds after 30 days or within 45 days of the event.
