Please include this entry form, along with the original registration papers to be used in the making of the catalog entry, a signed transfer, a breeders certificate  if the mare is bred, a coggins test.  Priority Consignment fee $45  Commission 7%, no pass out fee.  Haul in  consignment fee $25 (due day of the sale), commission 7% no pass out fee.

Horses will be consigned as received.  Early consignments will receive preferred sale positions.  In the event that a consigned horse is unable to be sold at the sale, (due to illness or unforeseen difficulties), then a substitute horse of the consigner may be sold in its place.  All other horses that are received after the catalog deadline has closed and been printed will be sold at the end, after the consigned horses in the catalog.  It is to the consignors advantage  to get the horses consigned early.  

All Sale transactions of the day of the sale MUST be done through the office.  This is for the benefit of the seller as well as the buyer.

Consignors paid day of sale.  The management reserves the right to hold payment if question arises.  

All horses must have current coggins test (within 6 months).  It is to the consignors advantage to have a coggins test drawn before you arrive, as buyers from Canada must have this test in hand to export horses.

Under Ohio Equine Activity Law, owner operator is not liable for injury or death of a participant in equine resulting from inherent risk pursuant to HB564.  

The sale management of the Southern Ohio horse sale  will work diligently to help the consigner market his/her horse and to receive the best possible price.
