The Platform gathers certain information with prior consent from the following: the users utilising the Platform as described in the Terms and any visitors of the Platform (collectively “Users or You” and their connotations).

This Privacy Policy (‘‘Privacy Policy’’) is meant to help the Users understand what information We collect, why We collect it, what information We disclose and how the Users can update, manage, export, and delete their information. It shall be read in compliance with the applicable laws in the places We operate.

Our Services are intended for adults, but can also be used by minors (below the legal age of consent in their respective jurisdiction/s) subject to the legal consent of their parent or legal guardian in accordance with applicable law, including without limitation compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). We have a data processing agreement in place with our providers, ensuring compliance with the GDPR and all applicable regulations. All hosting is performed in accordance with industry-standard security controls. All transfers of data from the EEA are done in accordance with regulations.

This Section for California Residents supplements the Privacy Policy to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA") of 2023.
