RIVERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT REGISTRATION

In order to register your child we must have:

• Proof of residency - (3 ITEMS TOTAL):

• ONE of the following - most-recent property tax bill with proof of payment, mortgage papers, signed and dated lease agreement with proof of last month’s payment, letter from manager with proof of last month’s payment, or letter of residence from landlord in lieu of lease and
• TWO of the following – driver’s license, vehicle registration, voter registration, recent utility, cable television, and/or credit card bill, current bank statement, public aid card, or current home insurance policy  or insurance premium payment receipt. These must have a physical address, not a PO Box.

• Completed registration packet.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND PROVIDED IN ORDER TO BE FULLY REGISTERED

New Students:  We ask that you get these documents turned in ASAP! 

(Students will be excluded if we don’t have them on file.)

• A certified copy of your child’s birth certificate - not the one with footprints.
• A copy of your child’s physical
• A copy of your child’s immunizations

ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND PROVIDED IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO BEGIN SCHOOL
