Golf Cart Manual

1. Check all the screws on the tires (sometimes the tires may be removed during transportation).

2. Before charging the vehicle, the main power of the car (a red circular button that is lifted upwards to the on position) must be in the on position for normal charging.

3. The gear oil of the vehicle should be changed every 3 months/5000 kilometers (whichever comes first), and there are no special requirements for the gear oil, a general-purpose one can be used throughout the year.

4. The maintenance cycle for the tires is 30 days (excluding the removal of stones and other debris from the tires).

5. The brake fluid reservoir is located at the front of the vehicle, and the fluid level should be checked every 3 months. If it is low, a small amount can be added as needed.

6. Avoid parking the vehicle on steep slopes as the parking brake is a mechanical cable and prolonged use on such surfaces may cause fatigue.

7. The charging board of the vehicle should use a single-strand copper wire of at least 4 square millimeters according to the national standard, and a plug board of at least 16A.

8. When customers are performing self-repairs, they must always turn off the main power to prevent arcing and injury due to a short circuit between the batteries.

9. When the vehicle experiences a malfunction, carefully listen to the alarms from the vehicle's controller (located at the rear end of the vehicle). The alarm sound will consist of a combination of long and short beeps to represent error codes.

10. If the vehicle is not used for an extended period, the main power must be turned off and the battery should not be left uncharged for more than 20 days.

  1. Vehicle drivers must have a good understanding of road traffic safety regulations.
