Login into Tk20 by Watermark

Step 1: Fresnostate.tk20.com.

Step 2: Click on Field Experience

Step 3: Click on a Teacher Candidates Name

Step 4: Open the Teacher Candidates Binder

Step 5: Select the form you would like to fill out.

Step 6: Complete by Clicking Save

Completing an Observation and Informal Observation

Step 1: Log into your Tk20 account using your Fresno State Username and Password. i.e. Fresnostate.tk20.com

Step 2: Select the Teacher Candidate name that you will be observing

Step 3: Select the form “Clinical Practice Observation:” 1,2,3 etc

Step 4: Complete the Observation or Informal Observation form

Completing a Clinical Log (Multiple Subject Only)

Step 1: Log into your Tk20 account using your Fresno State Username and Password. i.e. Fresnostate.tk20.com

Step 2: Select the Teacher Candidate name that you will be observing

Step 3: Select Clinical Coach’s Log

Step 4: Click on the GREEN (+) Button

Step 5: Fill out the information below

Step 6: I made a mistake OOOO NOO;

Step 7: Make sure to click Complete or Save

How to view student work

Step 1: Log into your Tk20 account using your Fresno State Username and Password. i.e. Fresnostate.tk20.com

Step 2: Select the Teacher Candidate name that you will be observing

Step 3: Click on any of the tab located on the left of the screen.

Step 4: Click on the blue document link

How to Annotate on Teacher Candidate work

Step 1: Log into your Tk20 account using your Fresno State Username and Password. i.e. Fresnostate.tk20.com

Step 2: Select the Teacher Candidate’s

Step 3: Click on Lesson Plan/ Reflection / Signature Sheet tab to the left

Step 4: Click on the blue document link

Step 5: Click on “View and Annotate”

Step 6: Double Click and Click on this

Step 7: Click on the symbol and a comment box will appear

Student’s video will not play, Tk20 wants me to update flash ?

Step 1: For Google Chrome Users

Step 2: Right Click the  "i" button to the left of the URL

Step 3: Click the drop down menu next to “Flash”

Step 4: Click “Always allow on this site”

Step 5: Click on the blue reload button to apply the new settings

Step 1: For Firefox Users

Step 2: Click “Activate Adobe Flash”

Step 3: Click “Allow and Remember”

How to organize a Tk20 account by creating folders

Step 1: Log into your Tk20 account using your Fresno State Username and Password. i.e. Fresnostate.tk20.com

Step 2: Open the portfolios or field experience tabs of Tk20

Step 3: Click Folders

Step 4: Click the green plus button

Step 5: Name the folder and click the green “add” button

Step 6: The folder name will be here

Step 7: Click on the Portfolios or Field Experience Tab

Step 8: Select the box next to the portfolio or field experience binder you would like to move into your newly created folder.

Step 9: Select the folder icon  and select the folder you would like your portfolio or field experience binder to reside.

Step 10: To view you newly organized portfolio or field experience binders select the folder.

What are the Red Flags?

How to use the text editor

Step 1: Click on a text box

Step 2: Click on the A (top right hand corner)

Step 3:A toolbar will appear.  It has the same functions as Microsoft Word.

How to view a Mentor Teachers Comments (Single Subject Only)

 



Login into Tk20 by Watermark

Step 1: Fresnostate.tk20.com.

Log into Tk20 at Fresnostate.tk20.com. Use your Fresno State Username and Password

Tk20 suggests using Google Chrome or FireFox

Step 2: Click on Field Experience


Step 3: Click on a Teacher Candidates Name

Step 4: Open the Teacher Candidates Binder

This will open the students Clinical Experience Binder.  It will look similar to the picture below.

Everything on the left of the screen is student work.  The right of the screen are all the forms you will need for the entire semester.

Step 5: Select the form you would like to fill out.

Step 6: Complete by Clicking Save

Once the form is complete click on Save or Complete at the bottom of the page.


Completing an Observation and Informal Observation

Step 1: Log into your Tk20 account using your Fresno State Username and Password. i.e. Fresnostate.tk20.com

Step 2: Select the Teacher Candidate name that you will be observing

Step 3: Select the form “Multiple Subject Observation:” 1,2,3 etc

Step 4: Complete the Observation or Informal Observation form

Once the form is complete click “save” or “complete”.  You are able to return and edit the form at anytime.


Completing a Clinical Log

Step 1: Log into your Tk20 account using your Fresno State Username and Password. i.e. Fresnostate.tk20.com

Step 2: Select the Teacher Candidate name that you will be observing

Step 3: Select Clinical Coach’s Log

Step 4: Click on the GREEN (+) Button

Step 5: Fill out the information below

Add the Date, Time, Duration in minutes and SHORT description


Step 6: I made a mistake OOOO NOO;

That's okay! Check the box and the trash can to delete the line you made the mistake on and the system will automatically reorder your entries by date.

Step 7: Make sure to click Complete or Save


How to view student work

Step 1: Log into your Tk20 account using your Fresno State Username and Password. i.e. Fresnostate.tk20.com

Step 2: Select the Teacher Candidate name that you will be observing

Step 3: Click on any of the tab located on the left of the screen.

Step 4: Click on the blue document link

If there is not a blue document link that means the Teaching Candidate did not turn in the item.


How to Annotate on Teacher Candidate work

Step 1: Log into your Tk20 account using your Fresno State Username and Password. i.e. Fresnostate.tk20.com

Step 2: Select the Teacher Candidate’s

Step 3: Click on Lesson Plan/ Reflection / Signature Sheet tab to the left

Step 4: Click on the blue document link

Step 5: Click on “View and Annotate”

Step 6: Double Click and Click on this

Step 7: Click on the symbol and a comment box will appear

Type your comments in the box or add tags and click save


Student’s video will not play, Tk20 wants me to update flash ?

Step 3: Scroll down on the right of the screen and look for the heading Mentor Teacher

Step 4: Click on the form

Step 5: View, copy and paste comments into your midterm eval form on Tk20

Step 6: To view your mentors comments and your form at the sametime click the printer friendly view located on the top right of your screen
