Tahoma Jr. Drama Boosters General Members Zoom Meeting 

Agenda for Monday, November 7, 2022

  1. Present at Meeting: Amy Ward, Amanda VanBeek, Matthew VanBeek, Jordan Sugarman, Krys Park, Peter K, Devi, Justin/Tara Knapp, Kevin Fleming, Krys Park, Shaya Maier, Nancy Torres, Angela Barton, Diana Schill, Dorena Gifford

  1. Approval of Committee Plans
  1. Lobby Committee
  1. Board approved Lobby plans.
  2. Discussed headshots. We will laminate headshots and rehearsal photos. Devi will put up headshots on boards
  3. Discussed volunteers, they have volunteers from sign-up genius for set up/down
  1. Photographers
  1. Discuss photos with photographers Peter and Krys
  2. Amy explained what photos are needed during dress rehearsal, and advised to check in with Cheri.
  3. Amy discussed how to deliver photos to her and she will print.
  1. Concessions Committee
  1. Jordan reviews products for concessions.
  2. Board approved Concession plans.  
  3. Jordan will look into Food Handler’s Permit
  1. Amanda will reply to PTA person, Denise we will be getting a Food Handler’s Permit

  1. Program
  1. Nancy needs head shots for program cast bios.
  2. We will call STMS and get cashier name.

  1. General
  1. Diana Schill can do make up and hair.
  2. Amanda will send out email re hair and makeup volunteers.

  1. Cast Party
  1. Angela Barton is lead, Krys Park will make cupcakes.
  2. Budget is $200.
  3. Angela will price food at Costco and send email if she needs more.
  4. Verify dates ASAP and send email to parents asking if kiddos have food allergies.  
  5. She will look through booster supplies and pull what she needs.
  1. Advertising
  1. Need to advertise!
  1. Banners - need to order asap
  2. Posters - Cheri got them today
  3. Put poster on FB pages
