April is Autism Acceptance Month - Let’s continue to aim to foster acceptance and ignite change through improved supports, opportunities in education and accepting each other's differences.


04/14: Congratulations to the softball team on their 15-5 win over Seabreeze last night! That marks 3 in a row!! Monday night the lady bulldogs had an 11-1 win against Mainland. Last Thursday they beat Deland 6-4. Come out Monday 04/19 for our last home game against cross town rival Matanzas. Game time is 6pm.

Boys weightlifting qualified 3 FPC athletes for the state tournament. Dom Bennett, Isaiah Rivers, and Malikai Grant. Best of luck gentleman.

The FPC FORMALITY SINGERS CHORUS is having their Spring Concert on Tuesday, April 20. Doors open at 6:30 PM and the concert begins at 7 PM.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.

4/13 - Best of luck to the JV and Varsity baseball teams as they host Father Lopez today.  Game times are 4:00 and 7:00. Go Dogs

The boys 4X400 relay won their race at Orange Park and remain undefeated. They are ranked number 5 in the state.

Both track teams will be hosting the district championship here at FPC this Friday. See you there Bulldogs.

Awesome job to the JV and Varsity baseball teams as the defeated Father Lopez Catholic yesterday. The JV team had an amazing comeback, scoring 5 runs in the last inning to win 7-6 and the Varsity won its 3rd game in a row with a score of 5-3. Good luck JV baseball as they host Deland today. Game time is 6:00.

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Jackie Robinson’s history-making debut in Daytona Beach, the Daytona Tortugas are inviting Central Florida students to submit original essays and other creative works about breaking barriers in their lives. Essays as well as poetry, spoken word and other forms of creative expression will be accepted. All submissions should address the following prompt: How did Jackie Robinson succeed in overcoming barriers in his life, and how do you succeed in overcoming barriers in your life? Submissions will be divided into three categories (K-3, 4-8, 9-12) and evaluated for creativity, clarity and relevance. All entries should be submitted by May 1.

The winning students will receive a pizza party, Tortugas prize pack and visit from one of the Tortugas’ mascots.
