ENGINE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENTS
Space will not be reserved until we receive full payment, at whatever level we’ve agreed upon based on the full fee or our Youth PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN agreement. If an agency, business, school, or other organization is paying student fees, payment is still due at the time of registration. Purchase orders or intent to pay are not accepted. ENGINE accepts checks, money orders, cash via mail or in person; credit cards both in person and over the phone; and payments online via Eventbrite (fees may apply). A $25 fee is assessed for bad checks.

ATTENDEE CANCELLATIONS
Paid registration in an ENGINE workshop, program, camp, or event (session) constitutes an agreement to our terms and conditions, so please read our attendee cancellation policies carefully.

ENGINE CANCELLATION
Sessions that do not meet a minimum enrollment may be canceled up to two business days (48 hours) prior to the first session meeting. If a session is canceled by ENGINE for any reason, all registrants will receive a full refunds.

BAD WEATHER POLICY
To check on the status of your session if you are concerned about inclement weather, you may text/call our education coordinator Dana at 502-264-2992 or Tammy, our ED, at 207-229-3560. Please only use this number for weather-related events or emergencies on the day of a workshop/camp. If a workshop/camp is canceled for weather-related reasons, ENGINE will announce the cancellation as soon as possible on WMTW and on our Facebook page. The session will be rescheduled and all registrants will be notified of the new date. If a registrant cannot attend the rescheduled session due to scheduling conflicts, the registrant will receive a full refund.

WORKSHOP, CLASS, CAMP ACCEPTANCE
ENGINE reserves the right to refuse a registration for any reason.
