SUMMER CAFE WORK LEADER
Position:
If you dream of the cozy moments in the Ängsbacka cafe, and want to hold the responsibility of it running smoothly for everyone to enjoy this summer please consider this role. It is desired that you have managing or coordinating experience as well as cafe or hospitality experience.
This is a zero deal position meaning that it is a volunteer role requiring 25 hours of working time per week. The position is seasonal and begins onboarding from May 1 getting the cafe ready for the summer season starting mid June with help and oversight from the kitchen work leaders. The cafe is situated in Ängsbacka grounds. It acts as a central meeting place for people to gather. And take breaks between happenings. The duties of Summer Cafe Workleader are still under the umbrella of the Kitchen Work Leaders who will continue to hold certain matters such as ordering in collaboration with the Cafe Workleader.
Summer Cafe Workleader Abilities:
Barista, Hospitality Experience, Management, Hygiene, Space Holder, Structure Creation, Self Driven, Team Coordination, Team Balance, Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Organization
Education and/or Experience:
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Cafe management experience and business experience looked upon favorably.
