What can I expect from Napoleon: The Immersive Saga?
Equipped with a virtual reality headset, you will be immersed in the heart of the Napoleonic epic as if you were there, witnessing the events that shaped the legend of Napoleon, for better or for worse.
Whether you are alone, with friends, or with family, this collective adventure offers you a unique opportunity to rediscover history in a different way.
In a 60 m² space, you can move around freely and explore iconic places and moments recreated with meticulous historical accuracy.
Where is the experience located?
You can discover Napoleon, the Immersive Epic at DreamAway Toulon, 10 Place Vincent Raspail in Toulon.
How long does the experience last?
The virtual reality experience lasts approximately 30 minutes.
The experience is accompanied by an introductory area presenting the historical context, complemented by a 20-minute film in 3D images retracing the siege of Toulon. In total, allow between 1 hour and 1 hour and 15 minutes on site to fully enjoy the experience.
Be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, the DreamAway Toulon center is located a few minutes' walk from the Peiresc Marché, Mayol Centre, and Lafayette parking lots.
Will additional sessions be added?

What is a walk-through virtual reality experience?
A walk-through virtual reality experience means that you can move freely in a dedicated space while wearing a VR headset. Unlike static experiences where you remain seated, here you walk naturally and explore the world around you.
The 60 m² space is designed to ensure your comfort and safety. A precise tracking system allows you to see other visitors as avatars, enabling you to move around the space without risk. Our team is on hand to assist you every step of the way.
About Tickets
Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets directly from the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, as well as on the Fever website.
You can also purchase tickets by clicking on the "Tickets" button on the event website, which will redirect you to the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets on site?
You will be able to purchase a ticket on site. However, there may be no availability upon your arrival. We strongly recommend that you reserve your tickets in advance to guarantee your time slot. Tickets are available on the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Please note that payment on site can only be made by credit card (cash is not accepted).
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to anyone you choose. Simply click on "Transfer Ticket" from your ticket on the Fever app. Please contact us for further assistance. Don't forget to provide us with your ticket ID number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You do not need to print your ticket. Simply present it in digital form, either via the QR code received in your purchase confirmation email or from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app available on the Apple App Store or Google Play.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when purchasing your ticket.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded. No refunds are allowed, except in exceptional circumstances. Exchanges are allowed up to 24 hours before the start of the event. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Can I make a group reservation?
Yes, ofcourse! For groups of 15 or more, please contact us at hervebrun@dreamaway.fr to let us know your requirements. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I come with a school group?
Yes, with great pleasure! We welcome school groups as well as children's and youth associations. Please do not hesitate to contact us to organize your visit, whether during opening days or at another time depending on availability.

About Accessibility
Do I need to arrive on time for my session?
Yes, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket to guarantee your entry and fully enjoy the experience.
Please note that no entry will be possible after the chosen time.
Can I wear glasses during the experience?
Yes, you can participate in our immersive experiences while wearing your eyeglasses. Our virtual reality headsets are designed to fit most frames, providing optimal comfort and total immersion for people with vision problems.
Is the experience accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Napoleon, the Immersive Epic is accessible to people with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users.
If you are unable to stand for the entire duration of the experience, a chair can be provided. However, you must be accompanied by a relative who is also equipped with a virtual reality headset and holds an admission ticket.
Can people with hearing or visual impairments participate in the experience?
The virtual reality experience is accessible to people with hearing impairments, but it relies primarily on visual immersion, which may limit understanding of certain narrative aspects. However, it is not suitable for people with visual impairments, as the visual dimension is essential.
Is the experience accessible to people with heart problems or epilepsy?
The experience is prohibited for people with heart disease, epilepsy, or pacemakers, unless otherwise advised by a doctor.
What is the minimum age and height requirement to participate in the VR experience?
To participate in the experience, visitors must be over 8 years old and at least 1.10 m tall.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available on site. Please ask the staff on site for directions.
Is there a cloakroom available?
