Rates

Bi-Monthly rates are single-issue buys. / Annual Rates cover a full year, and the Newsletters are published 6 times a year (see above  1 through 6), and includes a discount built into  the annual rate prices for advertising a full year.  All advertising is prepaid.

Alignment and Layout

Ads may be placed horizontally or vertically, with special spacing and layout depending on the needs of the advertiser, and available space.  All ads must be submitted as a high-quality PDF or JPG file, meeting the minimum pixel requirements given below.  Only high-resolution, print-quality, finished ads in PDF or JPG format are accepted.  We do not create artwork for the advertiser.

• Business Cards (horizontal or vertical):  Standard business card at 3.5”x 2” (1050 x 600 px minimum).
• Quarter Page (vertical):  3.5”x 5” (1050 x 1500 px minimum). Quarter page ads also available in horizontal and “double business card” configuration.
• Half Page (horizontal):  7.5”x 5.25” (2250 x 1575 px minimum).
• Full Page (vertical):  7.5”x 10.25” (2250 x 3075 px minimum).
