Taha Tinana: Physical

Currently my physical wellbeing is doing fine, I’m not really a fit person,

I’m eating well and also sleeping well, I’m also healthy and I’m caring for my body such as showering everyday and all that I need to do to care for my body.

Taha Wairua: Spiritual

Currently my spiritual well being is all good, I also have setted my goals for this year in sports and that was trying to participate in a sports at school, and last week I achieved my goal because I don’t like sports unless when it comes to Volleyball, and last week I eventually managed to make it into the Junior girls Volleyball and we played Cashmere and we won.

My cultural Background, I was born in Samoa but moved to New Zealan when I was three years old. We have a very strict culture so that means strict parents! First of all church is a must for every Samoan it’s not an option! I normally don’t like going to church because I don’t really get along with some other girls at church because of some trash talking and all that, but I’m slowly getting used to it!

Taha Whanau: Social

Curerntly my social well being is great! I have no problems at home and there’s not that much drama within my friends at school than last year! Last year was just a mess! I’m making heaps of friends and I already had heaps of friends from last year. I’m also a bubbly person so I do get along with people very easily, and I can get hyped really easily to be honest so sometimes I can be a pain.

Taha Hinegaro: Mental & Emotional

With my mental and Emotional Wellbeing, to be honest I don’t know, because when I come to school I feel very happy and I’m always learning ready, but when I’m at home or somewhere else like church I could have different emotions like I dont even want to be there but I try to do things that cheer me up and make happy rather than sad and lonely.
