1.1. The promoter is 1KOMMA5º Adelaide.
1.2. This promotion is conducted in association with Adelaide United Football Club for the 2025 season.
2.1. Entry is open to residents of South Australia aged 18 years or older, excluding employees, contractors, and directors of the Promoter.
2.2. By entering, entrants confirm they meet these eligibility criteria.
3.1. The promotion commences on 17 October 2025 and closes on 30 April 2026.
3.2. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
4.1. To enter, individuals must complete the online form accessible via QR code.
4.2. Required fields include: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Postcode, and Property Type (Private / Commercial).
5.1. The prize is one (1) solar battery and solar system installation provided by 1KOMMA5º Adelaide.
5.2. The total prize value is AUD $10,000 (inclusive of GST), with the Government STC Financial Incentive signed over to 1KOMMA5º Adelaide.
5.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
6.1. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.
6.2. The draw will take place on 1 May 2026 at 1KOMMA5º Adelaide, 336 South Road, Croydon Park.
6.3. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.
6.4. The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond in that time, the Promoter may redraw and select an alternate winner.
6.5. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.1. The prize will be delivered or redeemed in accordance with arrangements made between the Promoter and the winner.
7.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winner (e.g. site preparation) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.1. By entering, the winner grants the Promoter and Adelaide United a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their name, image, likeness, and entry for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media without further remuneration, unless prohibited by law.
8.2. The Promoter may publish the winner’s name via their website, social media, and other promotional channels.
9.1. Personal information collected from entrants will be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and for marketing by the Promoter, unless otherwise specified.
9.2. Entrants consent to the Promoter contacting them for future promotional purposes.
9.3. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy governs the use, disclosure, access, and correction of personal information.
10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter (and Adelaide United) exclude all liability for loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the promotion or the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10.2. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
10.3. If for any reason the promotion cannot proceed as planned (including due to technical failures or events beyond the Promoter’s control), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion, subject to any applicable regulatory approvals.
11.1. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
11.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants.
12.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
12.2. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
13.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions (or any aspect of this promotion) at any time, subject to applicable laws.
