Goodwood series has started with good PNE representation in both 3s and the 4s, would like to speak to Ethan Walsh as cat 4 racer entering a number of Goodwood races but not involved in regular racers chat group.

PNE representation at MB not as high as anticipated on week one, hopefully will pick up. Topic has been frequently brought up in WhatsApp but in week one at least that didn't translate to actual entries.

We have two number of riders entered into the IOW road race and a team of two representing the club in a UCI gravel race in Scotland the same weekend (not sure if this comes under road or CX)

Sunday Club Ride Summary

Turn out has remained good, with 3 groups riding each week, with one exception due to horrific

weather conditions, no cancelled club rides. The come and try route of joining the club is busy with

try outs requested, some weeks with many new riders, and new members as a result.

Ride Leader

New ride leaders recruited, Ollie, Ben and Meg, better coverage for all groups, still work to do

however to improve variety in some groups.

Insured riders list updates in March, next scheduled update for June (to include new leaders).

Monday Mountbatten Just Ride

Just ride sessions continue with good attendance and good observations of safety aspects for all

riders.

A few minor notices, the light at the far end of the track has remained non functional for a period of

time. The usage of a tt bike during the come and ride session was trialled, this posed a safety risk

for multiple groups, policy for just ride sessions is the same as for sunday rides, no TT bars.

Communications, a booking mixup and Mountbatten not being usable on bank holidays has resulted

in confusion surrounding when sessions are running.

Medium Term – with a review of the clubriding pages on the website I propose publishing details and a calendar going forward.

Social - Carl Benfield

Randonee well attended, I have contacted Wightlink to try and sort a refund of 4 x £39.60 I had to pay on the day.

Receipt for MBT tea and coffee sent to Alan via text, I will re send as an email.

Giro de Italia Velogames advertised, (update since 3.5)  - 18  teams registered and participating

Coaching - vacant , interim comment P Mac
