How much does it cost?

Entry to the Art & Wine Fusion is $5 for 21 years of age and over.  Tasting package bought online in advance are $17 and $20 at the gate which includes a commemorative glass, discounts on wine purchase, and 5 tasting tickets. Entrance is free with a tasting package purchase. You must be 21 years of age to purchase a tasting package.  One ounce pours for tasting are 1-2 tasting tickets depending on value.

*Commemorative festival glasses available while supplies last. You must be 21 or older and have a valid ID purchase tasting package. Advance tickets are non-refundable; the event will be held rain or shine.

What is the appropriate ID to get in?

The Washington State Liquor Control Board requires everyone purchasing tasting packages to present valid ID.

The Washington State Liquor Control Board states that any of the following is acceptable:

*The DMV identification card and the military card must have a picture of the person, the person's name, address, date of birth, a physical description and the signature of the person.

What is Art & Wine Fusion’s Guest Conduct Policy?

The festival has a strict alcohol policy that is designed to protect the guests and the public from alcohol related incidents. All festival guests are expected to maintain responsible and appropriate behavior at all times. Any behavior defying the guest conduct policy as determined by event management can result in ejection and possible arrest.

Event management has the right to refuse entry to any guest deemed intoxicated upon arrival to the Festival.  Additionally, the festival has the right to remove any guest from the premises who is intoxicated or causing a disturbance or is potentially dangerous to himself/herself or other guests.

Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way.

The festival reserves the right to deny entry or eject from the facility guests displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by event management.

Are credit cards or checks accepted?

We accept VISA and Mastercard as well as cash for payment of admission. We do not accept checks.

Can I bring my child?

No.  Due to changes in Washington State Liquor laws no one under the age of 21 is allowed.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are allowed but please keep them under control.  If they get unruly or out of hand the event staff will ask you to please remove your dog.

What is the deal with glasses and tickets?

In order to taste wine and cider at the festival you must have the official event glass. Servers will not pour wine into anything else. You must also have on an official Art & Wine Fusion wrist band. Admission includes a glass, 5 tasting tickets (additional tickets are available for $2 or $6 for ten), and discounts on bottle purchases. Wine servers do not accept cash. Aditional tasting tickets are available for purchase at the gate entrances and wine Concierge tents. Tasting tickets are non-refundable.

When do admission and extra token sales end?

Admission, tasting packages, and ticket sales start @ 3pm and will stop at 9 :30p.m., precisely one-half hour before the taps are closed and bottles are corked at 10 p.m. Be aware of this when scheduling your visit to the festival. We want you to be happy, so arrive early and allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy the festival.

Is there any food on site?

Yes! We will have local food vendors within the festival gates.  There is also access to top notch restaurants right on the street so you can sit down and enjoy a meal.

Is smoking allowed?

Art & Wine Fusion is an outdoor event and smoking is permitted. We ask that you smoke in a non crowded area away from vendor booths and the main stage, do not litter, use the trash receptacles and be respectful of other guests.

If the person I'm with doesn't drink, do they have to pay $30?

Guests who are not drinking may enter the festival for the $5 entrance fee.
