“A Taste of Blue Hills
The Culinary Arts and Design and Visual Communications programs at Blue Hills Regional Technical School in Canton are proud to bring you “A Taste of Blue Hills,” a new cooking show that we hope will get viewers as excited about cooking as we are. This show displays the exceptional skills of our Culinary students, who will be demonstrating how to prepare all kinds of delicious food, and our DVC students, who will be filming the program. It will be broadcast on the cable access TV stations of our district towns—Avon, Braintree, Canton, Dedham, Holbrook, Milton, Norwood, Randolph and Westwood. We gratefully thank Culinary Arts instructors Linda Varraso and Anthony Giuffre, and DVC instructors Joann Murphy and Joanne Wayland for the time, effort and creativity they put into this project. We also appreciate the support of Blue Hills Supt. James Quaglia, Principal Jill Rossetti and Vocational Director Michelle Sylvia. This show is truly a collaborative endeavor. We sincerely acknowledge the work of our students, whose dedication, talent and know-how are remarkable. Thank you to Hingham Harbor Media for the use of their studio.
