Whose feelings and values were affected that makes you feel guilty and why?

What are the thoughts you are having that result in this feeling of guilt?

Give a factual and rational evidence of these thoughts and your feelings

How this feeling of guilt is impacting other areas of your life, that include relationships, health, social-life etc.
