This handbook outlines the policies and procedures of the Studio Twenty-Two Wellness Clinic

These policies and procedures are put in place to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all individuals who use the wellness clinic, including clients, employees, and wellness guides.

  1. Cancellation Policy: A 25% deposit is required upon booking your appointment. At Studio Twenty Two, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit. if you cancel before the 24 hour period, your deposit will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee.

  1. Late Arrivals Policy: We value your time and want to ensure you receive the full benefits of your treatment. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other customers. You may also be subject to a late fee. 

  1. Health and Safety Policies: Your health and safety are our top priority. We adhere to strict sanitization protocols and have implemented additional measures to protect against the spread of COVID-19. If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment. 

  1. Consent and Intake Forms: To ensure the best possible treatment for you, we ask that all customers complete our intake form before their appointment. This form includes important information about your health history, any injuries or health conditions, and your consent for treatment. All information provided is kept confidential. 

  1. Privacy Policy: At Studio Twenty Two, we take your privacy seriously. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. We adhere to strict privacy protocols to protect your information. 

  1. Payment and Refund Policies: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of management. 

  1. Code of Conduct: We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all customers. We ask that you treat our staff and other customers with respect and refrain from any behavior that may be disruptive or harmful. 

  1. Dress Code: We want you to be comfortable during your treatment. You are welcome to wear loose, comfortable clothing or you may be provided with a robe or other garment to wear during your treatment. 

  1. Communication Policies: We are here to answer any questions you may have about your treatment. Please feel free to communicate with our staff before, during, and after your appointment. We will also communicate any changes or updates to your appointment time or treatment plan. 

  1. Scope of Practice: Our staff members are properly trained and licensed to perform their respective treatments. If you require treatment outside of the scope of our services, we will provide recommendations for other professionals or clinics that may be better suited to your needs. 

  1. Referral Policies: We want to ensure you receive the best possible care. If we are unable to provide a treatment that meets your needs, we will refer you to other professionals or clinics that may be better suited to your needs. 

  1. Accessibility Policies: We are committed to providing accessible services to all customers. Our clinic is wheelchair accessible and we have accessible parking available. Please let us know if you require any additional accommodations.
