SIS Admin Portal: Upload Student Photos

Have you taken new class photos? Admins can update and upload a student’s picture in Synergy, individually or by groups.

Note

All pictures must be saved in JPEG/JPG or PNG format. With the student ID as the label (123456.jpg)

Directions

1. Click the PAD Tree>Synergy SIS>Student>Set-up>Student Photo Attach

2. Upload photos by dragging and dropping or clicking on the “Click Here.”

1.  In this step you can add photos individually or my multiple files. Just make sure all files have been labeled with the correct student ID number,

3. To verify if your files have been uploaded click on the History tab

4. The uploaded photo will now appear in each Student Profile
