LinkedIn Premium Access

LinkedIn Premium access with six months validity was given to the UG/PG students from the month of June 2023. This was organized by the Face Prep and Source Hub to initiate the corporate way of applying for internships and Placement opportunities. LinkedIn Learning is also a part of the Premium access. The students had a wide range of Upskilling Certificate programs to choose from and get certified.

 Industrial Visit

Source Hub- Placements in collaboration with SMC Drive, Stella Maris College and International Association for Human Values (IAHV) organized an Industrial Visit to Barclays at DLF IT Park on 09/08/2023. 20 final year girl students across all the departments from Shift I and II attended and benefited from the Colleague Interaction. Dr. Vaidegi, member of Source Hub - Placements accompanied the students for the visit.

The students had one to one interaction with the employees of Barclays in two important areas

1. Resume Correction

2. Interview Skills.

The Employee interaction witnessed right from the CEO, Manager, Team Leader who addressed the students on the important areas pertaining to Placements and Interview. The students had an informative and highly enriching session which proved to be useful for them.

Orientation Program

From Campus to Corporate: Orientation on Employability Skill Development Program was conducted on 22nd September 2023 for the Final Year UG and PG students. The Resource team was Titan LeAP - Naandi Foundation. They focused on the importance of the Employability skills and the Aptitude tests which will help them crack the Interviews.

HR Conclave

The HR Conclave was conducted by the Department of Social Work, Management and Source Hub-Placements in association with National Institute of Personnel Management was conducted on 23rd February 2024. This conclave highlighted the topic “Shaping the New Future.” The Awards of Excellence was presented to the awardees in the areas of HR and CSR Division. The Last Mile Award was presented to Mr. Micky Joseph, Manager CSR, Newgen Nandavanam Charitable Trust for Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives. Pinnacle Award was presented to Mr. M N Pravin, Corporate HR, Brakes India Private Limited for Excellence in Leadership Development.

Job Utsav

Patrician College of Arts and Science in collaboration with the Naandi foundation conducted the Job Utsav on 24th February 2024. This Job Utsav primarily focused on the final year UG and PG students and also for the 2022 2023 passed out candidates. 3000 candidates visited the Campus for the Recruitment Drive.
