Payment Types Accepted
Capstone provides a variety of payment options. Payments may be made with cash, check, Paypal and credit or debit card. The payment address is 6029 Broadmoor St. #213, Mission, KS 66202. Your billing portal may be shared with you, at your request. With the portal, you can see open billing and submit electronic payments 24/7.
Automatic Payment Discount
For ongoing clients, we offer a 3% discount to either setup Capstone for bill payment through your bank or we can hold a credit card number on file for automatic processing.* Automatic processing of Credit or Debit card payment require a signed authorization form on file.
Initial Consultation and Trial Balance Review
Capstone provides a QuickBooks file review for $147. For clients working with Capstone ongoing, this fee is applied as a discount to your first monthly invoice, making the initial review FREE!
On-going Bookkeeping Services
Ongoing Bookkeeping is provided on a retainer basis and due on the first of each month.
When a balance is over 30 days past due, services will cease until the account has been made current. If services are ceased twice within a six-month period or the balance becomes 120 days overdue, the customer will be converted to Cash pay.
Cash pay clients are subject to the First of the month due date, without the retainer discount and payment for appointments will be due at the conclusion of each appointment.
Special Projects and Hourly time
When working with new clients, Capstone frequently does clean-up projects that may take several hours. Projects require a $500 deposit to be applied to time spent. Remaining billable time will be billed on the 1st of each month thereafter and due upon presentation.
Any hourly time is billed at $75/hr and rounded to the nearest 15mins. A discounted rate of $60/hr is offered on larger projects and for our ongoing bookkeeping clients in appreciation of their continued patronage.
Meetings and Training for one-time clients
Capstone offers appointments and training for clients who simply need QuickBooks training or troubleshooting and do not need ongoing services. In these instances, Capstone requires a credit card on file to schedule the appointment to be charged at the conclusion of the appointment.
