- Bill #05
- Adien McConnehey reads the bill
- Will Johanson: Where did these numbers come from?
- Kenney: These numbers were basically copy and pasted from past bills from past years. The $6000 seemed like a sufficient amount to cover the costs. We do have to cater from Aramark so that does add an increased cost.
- Will Johanson: Is there any reason that we do fall and spring in one bill instead of two separate bills?
- Sarah: It is convenient.
- Will: is the $6000 the contracted amount from Aramark?
- Sarah: We actually can’t talk with Aramark until the bill is approved. This amount was a general estimate for the amount that we need, although we don’t know the exact amount that will be required by Aramark.
- Will: how will the budgeting be split up between the fall and the spring semesters?
- The funding will be split evenly ($3,000 for the fall semester, $3000 for the spring semester).
- Amelia Jobe motions to end discussion and move to voting
