CH 2 - 14 : Define Case Type

In this IMG activity, we define the case types for SAP Dispute Management. The case type is the central property of a dispute case. It groups the various Customizing settings, (for example attribute profile and status profile). When we create a case, we first have to specify a case type. If we use Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), the case type is determined implicitly from the internal dispute type that we specify when we create a case.

In this step we have created case type “CUST “and assigned parameters configured earlier steps.
