1. Privacy Policy私隱政策

This Storellet platform (“Platform”) is owned and operated by Crozz Limited (the “Company” or “We”). We respect personal data and are committed to full implementation and compliance with the data protection principles and all relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486 (the “Ordinance”). This Policy applies to all the members as well as any other persons whose personal data is collected, by whatever means, used and held by us.

此Storellet平台(“此平台”)是由 Crozz Limited (下稱 “本公司” 或 “我們”) 擁有及經營。 本公司尊重個人資料並承諾會全力執行及遵守保障資料原則，以及《個人資料(私隱)條例》(第486章) (“條例”) 的各項有關規定。本政策適用於所有會員，以及本公司以各種方法收集、使用及保存其個人資料的其他人士。

2. Kinds of Personal Data Collected, Used and Held 收集、使用及保存的個人資料類別

1. Your user name, email address, mobile phone number, IP address, your transaction records and third party account, including but not limited to Apple account (and the information associated with the third party account) will be collected, used and held by the Company.

本公司會收集、使用及保存閣下的用戶名稱、電郵地址、手機號碼、網際網路協定位址 (“IP Address”) 、交易記錄及第三方帳戶(包括但不限於：Apple 賬戶 (及閣下於第三方帳戶的資料)。

2. Apart from the information above, no other personal data will be collected by us.

除了以上資料，我們不會收集其他個人資料。

3. Purposes of the Personal Data are Held 收集及保存個人資料的目的

1. You may provide us with your personal data at your own will. To sign up for an account and use this Platform, all personal data, i.e. your user name, email address, mobile phone number, IP address, your transaction records and third party account (and the information associated with the third party account) are regarded as mandatory. You will not be able to sign up for an account and access the features of the Platform if you do not provide the said mandatory data.

閣下可按自己意願提供個人資料。如欲在申請此平台賬戶並使用此平台，閣下必須提供個人資料包括用戶名稱、電郵地址、手機號碼、網際網路協定位址、交易記錄及第三方帳戶 （及閣下於第三方帳戶的資料)。倘若閣下未能提供上述必須提供的個人資料，閣下將無法申請此平台賬戶及使用此平台的功能。

2. We will use your personal data for the following purposes:

本公司收集及保存個人資料的主要目的如下：

1. Identification and verification:  verifying your identity for handling requests of access, correction and erasure of personal data;

核實身份：核實身份以處理查詢、改正、刪除個人資料的要求；

2. Provision of Services: operating, maintaining and providing our services and communicating with you in respect of the services by the Company to you;

提供服務：經營、維持及向閣下提供我們的服務；及就向閣下所提供的服務，與閣下聯絡；

3. Member Account and Activity Handling: registering for a membership and identity verification;

處理會員賬戶和活動：會員註冊和身份驗證;

4. Direct Marketing: using your personal data for direct marketing purposes and to share marketing information after we have obtained your consent.

直接促銷：在取得閣下的同意後，本公司可能會把閣下的個人資料用作直接促銷用途並提供不同的推廣資訊；

5. Statistics: carrying out statistics and data analysis, measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches and consumer’s preference, such analysis will contain only anonymous data for our reference as well as improving our service quality and the quality service; and

1. Apart from statutory requirements and/or the purposes stated hereinabove, the personal data we collected about you will not be transferred or disclosed to any other party without your prior approval.

You hereby expressly consent to our transferring, storing, maintain and retaining all your information and data in our electronic databases, facilitates, servers and back-up servers located outside your country for the purposes referred to in Clause 3.

Our SecureSocketLayer (SSL) system will prevent your data from being transmitted from unauthorized interception or access by third parties;

8. Limitation of Liability免責聲明

1. We have implemented all reasonably practicable procedures, measures and steps to safeguard the security of your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is totally secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third Party Websites第三方網站

1. After clicking on an advertisement or a hyperlink button on this Platform, you may have left this Plaform and entered the website of our advertising client, content provider, supplier, associated company or business partner. Your visit to these third parties’ websites is not protected by this Policy.

當閣下按動此平台內廣告或超連結後，可能已離開此平台，進入了本公司的廣告客戶、內容提供者、供應商、聯營公司、或合作夥伴的網站，閣下對該等網站的到訪並不受本政策的保障。

2. These third parties’ websites are not owned or controlled by the Company. We have not authorized them to collect any personal data from you. Therefore, we are not responsible for any exposure of your data at these websites or losses arising from a third party website’s practice or policy. Please contact the manager or owner of such websites directly for any enquiries or questions about their own privacy practices or policies.

10. Third-Party Payment Gateway第三方支付網關

1. If you wish to make transactions via our Platform, you have to make the payment through a third-party payment gateway.

2. The third-party payment gateway is not owned or controlled by the Company. We have not authorized or requested the third-party payment gateway to collect any personal data from you. Therefore, we are not responsible for any exposure of your personal data with it. You can disable cookies by changing the settings of your web browser. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer and/or device.

13. Language語言

1. Should there be any differences or inconsistencies between the Chinese version and the English version of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.

1. Under the Ordinance, you have a right to request access to, and to request correction of, your personal data in relation to this Platform. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us.

In general circumstances, your requests or enquiries will be handled within 14 working days after receipt of the same and verification of your identity.
