GC2022 Guidelines for Ambassadors
This year’s Global Challenge (GG2022) will be different: we are assigning a new board of representatives and testing a new A--D self-governed network.
This is an open source document that will be collectively developed by the board of representatives, advised by A--D’s executive team. The goal is to create hands-on guidelines for ambassadors and representatives to take an active role in the GC2022 program and partnership engagement.

A--D Target Audience

SM best practice guidelines
A--D is active on four social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter.
Below are the links of A--D SM accounts, a few tips on how to draft great posts and examples of some of our past successful posts.
General tips when posting to SM:
- Use high quality images and visuals;
- Write clear and easy to read captions. Succinctly provide context and describe your images. Ensure that your first sentence is the most impactful.
- Include a question in your post to encourage response and engagement;
- When relevant, tag people or pages (up to 5) mentioned in your post or who are likely to be interested and interact;
- Identify relevant and trending hashtags and add them to your post. Use hashtags sparsingly (up to 3 in each post). If you would like to add more hashtags, post these in the first comment under your post. Add the relevant hashtags to GC2022 social media
Don’t forget that you can always post and contribute to A--D Facebook and Linkedin groups using your own SM accounts.
