A Little Spot of Anger Worksheet

Part A

Explain child what is an angry spot by asking them to make 3 spots from larger to smaller one in the box below. Now ask them to color 2 big spots red and one small spot green. Name the biggest spot as anger, the medium spot as frustration, and the small green spot as calmness. This gives a picture of their emotions.

Ask them to again draw a big anger spot and then name the situation when it appears

Part B

Ask the child to draw a hand in the box given below. And make anger spots on the tips of 4 fingers and a calmness spot on the thumb. Now ask the client to start counting from the smaller finger and when reaching towards the thumb calm then take a deep breath. Make them learn how to do deep breathing through this art technique.
