Registration begins at 8:30 am followed by a shotgun start at 11:00 am.

We invite you to join Honorary Chairman Mike Nelms.  Mike is a 2 time Super Bowl Champion and 3 times to the Pro Bowl.  Come for a day of Golf and visit with Mike and his 2 Super Bowl Rings.

Play will be a 4 person team scramble event with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams and also long drive and close to the pin.

PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED – SEND IN YOUR RESERVATION BY SEPTEMBR 16TH 

$125.00 PER PLAYER  -  $500.00 PER TEAM.
