When a member passes on, the owner of said pages has the option to turn it to a memorial page, where it then would become public. However public in a non searchable way and available for Ancestry users and other companies like them, searchable resources for those genealogist projects. Stories that are better around celebrating the life of those today. Like a photo album, you flip through and enjoy, this digital process gives you stories and testimonies.
