A. Call to order

1. Establish quorum - Achieved

1. FTSP BOD members: Mike Moen, Lowell, Anne Marie, Terry, Sue
2. FTSP members: Morris, Andy

B. Topics  - Where we are now and what to do next.

1. Anne Marie reviewed the current FTSP Financial status:

1. $460 checking

1. Funds are only from tip jar

2. $6000 in P&TC account

1. Should have ~$4400 in P&TC account after unpaid bills for Winterfest
2. There is ~$350 left over from a grant but we are awaiting confirmation that we can still use it as we see fit.
3. Leaves ~$4000 available for FTSP use without new 2025 grants or other sources

3. Anne received an end of year report from P&TC ; it was reconciled with our MoneyMInder account and it came out even.

2. Move to revise project plan to reflect the new plan to use FTSP funds for 2025 concerts, and add an additional column to show Sponsor of all projects in plan to be DNR.

1. Motion Approved.
2. Lowell will sign it, and the MOU, and deliver them to DNR staff this week.

3. Sue will prepare a budget that supports the revised Project Plan. This will be discussed, along with Project Plan, at the next BOD meeting Mar 19, 2025.

C. Addition Info

For 2025 Lovin’ Lake County is now requiring a match for grants. Not clear about details or how this will affect FTSP grants from them.
