Please help your child find the title of the book, author, and illustrator (if there is one).  Click on the speaker to have it read the book or have someone read the book to your child.  Please help your child decide if the book is fiction (pretend) or non-fiction (true facts).

Practice writing his/her first name (and last if ready) (be sure to hold the pencil with a 3 finger grip).  If your child is unable to write his/her name, you can write it and let him/her trace over it or make dots to spell it and let him/her trace the dots.

Please help your child count the letters and words on each page.

Draw a picture of something you like to do when it snows.  Have them describe their pictures.  Please write what they say on their picture so they see you model using letters to make words.
