Scriber - Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Scriber bot & website ("the Service"). These Terms govern your use of the Service provided by Honeybank Studios LTD (Registered in England. Company No 12680460) ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Use of the Service

d. Permission to record: By using the Service, you must ensure that everyone within the scope of the Scriber recording & transcription system (i.e. everyone within a voice channel) agrees to be recorded by Scriber and understands/agrees to these terms and conditions, and our privacy policy.

a. Ownership: the Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Honeybank Studios LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the Service contains proprietary information and materials that are owned by us or our licensors.

b. Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any content from the Service without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Honeybank Studios LTD.
