Thursday Feb 27th:
1-5pm Official training Rikert Nordic Center
7pm Coaches meeting Kirk Almuni Center (link to google maps)
Friday Feb 28th:
7:30am Course opens
10am Women’s 5K skate individual start
11:30am Men’s 10K skate individual start
Saturday Feb 29th:
7:30am Course opens
8am Bib pickup in Barn
10am Women’s 15K classic mass start
12pm Men’s 20K classic mass start
Awards for both days following completion of men’s race
Season-end awards (All-East, ROY, etc) at Snow Bowl after completion of alpine events
For Friday’s races bibs will be handed out at Thursday’s coaches meeting. For teams not attending the coaches meeting bibs will be bundled and available for pickup at 8-9am in the Barn at Rikert.
For Saturday’s races bibs will be available for pickup in the Barn on Saturday morning
· NF only for all classic races and NCAA non-qualifiers.
· For freestyle races, NF only for a base.
· Topcoats of liquids and blocks/sticks can be used; however, they may NOT be ironed.
o No wax that contains fluoros may be ironed for these events.
o Only NF waxes on the EISA approved list are acceptable.

Entries and seed lists:
Submit entries via your team’s Bullitt team entry spreadsheet by 12pm on Wednesday, Feb 26th
Seed list will be posted by 8am Thursday, Feb 27th
Seed changes will be accepted up until the beginning of the coaches meeting at 7pm on Thursday, Feb 27th
Start lists will be made final at the coaches meeting
Wax trucks and trailers will be parked along eastern side of the main parking lot (along stadium). Power will be available starting Thursday afternoon.
Team and Spectator Parking:
Team vans and a limited number of spectator vehicles will park in the main lot. Overflow parking for spectators will be in the field across Rt 125.
Food tables can be set up in parking lot near wax trailers or in the Barn. If setting up in the Barn please be considerate with your use of space.
NO use of electrical power in parking lot for appliances until after completion of races
NO use of open flame appliances (camp stoves, propane burners, etc) in the Barn. There is limited power in the Barn.
Lunch on site:
On Saturday there will be a variety of hot/grilled lunch options available for purchase in the Barn, catered by the Waybury Inn.
