CH 2 - 16 : Create values for Attribute Reason in Case Type

We can use this IMG activity to define the permitted reasons for each case type. We have defined the case type (IMG activity Define Case Types). In the attribute profile, the attribute Reason (REASON_CODE) has to be flagged as a dropdown for the display so as to avoid entry errors.

We can configure through Implementation Guide Menu // Financial Supply Chain Management // Dispute Management // Dispute Case Processing // Case Type // Create Values for Attribute Reason.
On “Change View: Case “Reasons: Overview screen, choose all these highlighted rows and choose COPY icon.

On Change View Case reasons Overview of selected set screen, change case type to CUST and SAVE.

We have created reason codes for our case type “CUST”. When we will create dispute cases, we can choose dispute case reasons out of aforesaid reason codes.
