Alternative Funding for the CLAS Conference
Many districts and institutions have funds available for educators to assist with the cost of membership in professional organizations. Membership is included with your conference registration; we have stand-alone registration available as well.
If you do not see your district or institution on the list, please reach out within your organization and if you have information to share for the list, contact us at registrar@cololangarts.com .
Jefferson County (Jeffco) Public Schools
ProComp teachers and SSPs may be eligible to apply under Tuition and Student Loan Reimbursement; our conference falls under “continuing education courses, seminars, workshops, conferences”. Please note that eligible expenses include only professional development related to the assignment(s) for which you are or could become qualified.
Any teacher in Jeffco may reach out to their department chair or building leadership to inquire into the availability of funding for professional development; availability may vary by school.
Teachers that are Jefferson County Education Association members may contact JCEA to apply for professional development funds available to members once every three years.
