Please find details below for you to use to make payment from your nominated voucher provider. Please note that some providers will use a different venue address as a reference to the one you are booking. Rest assured as we will still allocate the payment to your booking.

Our process for you to follow when making your booking with us for the first time is as follows:

1. Provide Voucher Company with our reference/account number along with name of child/children

2. Each time you make a booking online with Premier you will receive a confirmation email confirming the total amount of that booking

3. Make payment to Premier through your Voucher Company account.  They will then process, and we should receive the payment within 3 working days

4. Payment for each booking needs to be made within 30 days of booking date. If payment is not received within this time, your account will be referred to our finance department and you may be prevented from making future bookings
