1.  Call to order and recording of members present or absent.

2.  Vote to approve the Minutes of December 13, 2023 Regular Board Meeting.

3.  Vote to approve the Activity Fund balances for January 2024.

4.  Vote to approve the General Fund purchase order numbers 261 thru 295, Building Fund                                                                                                                                                                                      purchase order 7 & 8, and Child Nutrition purchase order number 35 thru 39.

5.  Superintendent=s Report

          A.  Treasurer=s Report    

          B.  Mid-Term Adjustment in State Aid.  

6.  Discuss and Review Annual College Student Remediation Report.

7.  Discuss and Review Annual District Drop-Out Report.

8.  Vote to approve or disapprove Tushka Public School 2024-2025 School Calendar.

9.  Proposed executive  session pursuant to Title 25 O.S. 307 (B) to evaluate the        

        superintendent and discuss re-employment of the superintendent and set salary.

10.  Vote to convene in executive session.

11.  Return to open session.

12.  Vote to approve or disapprove the re-employment of the superintendent and set salary.

13.  New Business
