Why We Offer Single Sign-On (SSO) with Google or Microsoft

At Onuma, Inc., we’ve made it easier and more secure to log into the ONUMA System and BIMgenie by offering Single Sign-On (SSO) with Google or Microsoft accounts. This means that instead of creating and remembering another username and password just for our system, you can log in using your existing Google or Microsoft account—like the one you use for Gmail or Outlook.

Here’s why that’s a good thing:

• ✅ Convenience: No need to remember another password. If you’re already signed into your Google or Microsoft account, you can access ONUMA or BIMgenie with just a couple of clicks.
  
• 🔒 Security: Google and Microsoft offer advanced security features (like two-step verification) that help protect your account. By using SSO, you get those same protections when you log into our system.
  
• ⏱️ Saves Time: You don’t have to go through the password reset process or manage multiple login credentials. It’s quicker and simpler.

Why Your Email Address Must Match

To make SSO work, the email address you use with Google or Microsoft must be the same one you’ve used in the ONUMA System. That’s how we know it’s really you logging in. If the emails don’t match, our system can’t link your SSO login to your existing account. You may update your email address in your ONUMA Account.

You can still log in with your regular ONUMA username and password if you prefer.
