Also known as “Afghanistan’s national dish”, Kabuli Palow is a savory rice dish pressure cooked in lamb chunks and served with steamed carrots and raisins on top.
A true specialty amongst the Afghan traditional dishes, Naringe Palow is a delicate rice dish made with saffron, candied orange peels, pistachios and almonds.
Translated from Farsi, this traditional Afghan rice dish is named “Emerald” palow for its rich color as it is infused with spinach and herb sauce as it is baked.
