2 | NARINGE | A true specialty amongst the Afghan traditional dishes, Naringe Palow is a delicate rice dish made with saffron, candied orange peels, pistachios and almonds. |
3 | ZAMARUD | Translated from Farsi, this traditional Afghan rice dish is named “Emerald” palow for its rich color as it is infused with spinach and herb sauce as it is baked. |
