This information is necessary in order to achieve the purposes described in the previous section, otherwise we will not be able to inform you or process your enrolment or academic record.

Recipients: We hereby inform you that the following entities access your personal information in accordance with legal regulations that require us to disclose your personal data:

·         Companies of the IED Group

·         Teenvio.com email marketing (for managing email marketing) *

·         CRM Salesforce (for managing those interested in the courses) *

* Under no circumstances may either of these two companies use your data; they are merely platforms that IED uses to manage user data.

Similarly, following your express consent, we will assign your data to entities making up the group to which Istituto Europeo di Design, S.L. belongs and to those entities which may be of interest once the commercial relationship with you has been established, with a list of assignees available at the offices of Istituto Europeo di Design, S.L., with the sole purpose of informing you of our offers and services.

Rights: Should you so wish, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel and object to any data processing that you do not want, for which purpose you must send a letter to the above-mentioned address or write to the email address: baja@madrid.ied.es, attaching a photocopy of your national identity card or foreigner identification number card and writing “Data Protection” in the subject line.
