The personal data information that you provide on the application or renewal form will be used by Business Golf Networking Ltd “the Network” in the course of its legitimate interests in running the Network, which includes communicating by telephone and email. It will never be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
The Network may arrange for photographs or videos to be taken of activities which may be used for literature and marketing materials. They may be shown or used at network meetings, at Business events the Network organises or attends on your behalf, on the Network website and used on our Social Media network (which includes but is not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Mighty Networks). Occasionally these photographs may be sent to the local press for publication. By agreeing to your images being used, you agree to assign any copyright or any other right of ownership of these images to Business Golf Networking Ltd.
Your data is stored securely on computers and may be provided to Board Members and other members by email or telephone when it is needed to facilitate the running of the Network and provide benefits of membership to you. It may also be provided to third parties to enable the organisation of activities e.g., to the event organiser at a venue when the Network organises a Business Expo or breakfast meeting, or for training and events.

You have a right to complain to the Information Commissioner if you believe there is a problem with the Network’s handling of your data. Signing the membership agreement indicates you have read and accepted the terms and consent to the Network processing your data.
