Sister Miriam’s Overnight Chia Protein Pudding

2 cups plain kefir (or whatever substitute that you wish)

2 tablespoons chia seed

Protein powder (as desired)

Dash of vanilla extract

Stir or gently blend

Pour into container, add lid and place in fridge overnight

In the morning add cinnamon, raw almonds and a bit of fresh fruit if you like and there you go! A cool, protein filled low sugar breakfast!
